St. Xavier Community Medical Centre (SXCMC) is a hybrid non-profit social health enterprise developing a community based hospital at Mpala Wakiso District Uganda, to provide essential medical services, bringing care closer to the people who need it most.

St. Xavier Community Medical Centre exists to:

- Offer dignified end of life care and family support
- Collaborate with local residents to understand their unique needs
OUR VISION
To establish a fully equipped, four storey hospital that delivers modern, patient centered care supported by trained professionals, appropriate technology, and sustainable systems that strengthen long term community health.
OUR SERVICES
The medical centre is being developed to provide:
- Outpatient consultation and primary care
- Maternity and delivery services
- Youth mental health services
- Inpatient wards
- Laboratory, diagnostic services and Pharmacy
- End-of-life and hospice support
- Community outreach through mobile clinics
OUR PROGRESS
Construction of St. Xavier Community Medical Centre is actively underway.

- Officially registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau certificate No. 80034535461530
- Serving a defined and growing community need in Mpala and surrounding areas
The next phase focuses on completing upper floors and expanding service capacity.

We no longer have to travel far to get treatment. This hospital is a blessing to our village. Imagine riding on a “Boda boda” on the highway to get to the hospital.
